My love of travel and my planning skills are what led me to create Vivid Travel in 2008, and it is this energy that I bring to every trip I plan. I enjoy seeking out new experiences to recommend, and improving upon traditional itineraries. I truly love helping others discover the joys of traveling.

Though I'd done some traveling when I was young, my passion for travel didn’t come until I went to Italy in 2004. I fell in love with the vibrancy, scenery and flavours of Italy (doesn’t everyone?) and I came home hopelessly addicted to travel and completely in love with seeing new places and cultures. I also found I enjoyed the experience of planning an independent trip almost as much as the trip itself, and that evolved into the business I am proud to own and operate today.

Since starting my business nearly 18 years ago, I've been fortunate to travel to over 30 countries around the world. The country I return to again and again - each time to explore another region - is Italy. Other destinations that have stolen my heart while on my travels include the Azores Islands, Newfoundland, Slovenia, the Greek Island of Naxos, and the French region of Dordogne.
