Everyone likes to travel differently, and I can plan as much or as little of your trip as you like!

Specific services I provide include: 

• Destination selection

• Itinerary creation

• Hotel recommendations and/or bookings

• Activity/tour/restaurants recommendations and/or bookings

• Transportation recommendations and/or bookings (including car rentals, trains, ferries, and flights)

• Honeymoon planning (including assistance with honeymoon travel registries)

Vivid Travel fees are CAD$75/hour. Your trip planning estimate will vary based on a variety of factors, such as: number of travellers, how far in the future the trip is, the complexity of the itinerary, and the degree of detail planned.   Most trips average fees of $350-500 per week of trip planned, however I will provide you with a more detailed estimate of my fees after an initial consultation.

Prior to trip departure, all clients receive a customized travel package that includes a day-to-day itinerary, copies of reservations and confirmations for accommodations, flights/trains/car rentals, restaurants and tours, as well as additional transportation information (for example, train schedules), and personalized suggestions for activities, restaurants and sights.
